Fundamentals of Small Batch Distillation The Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery will offer distilling classes every Saturday in the Month of March. Classes are conducted in our fully functioning distillery. Your Instructor, Jason Grizzanti, is an experienced master distiller and business owner. Our distilling class is designed to provide a foundation to individuals wanting to learn about distilling and the craft industry. This Distilling Class will teach you all aspects of brandy, gin and whiskey production. Open discussion and Q&A between students and the Instructor is highly encouraged. This 1 day course will be offered every Saturday in the month of March and is limited to 15 people. It will begin in the distillery promptly at 11am and conclude around 2:00pm. Limited availability so reserve early. $75.00 Includes lunch, distillery course, and spirits tasting.
